摘要
高血压是我国老年人群最常见的慢性疾病之一,是全球死亡和疾病负担最主要的危险因素。目前对于老年高血压患者强化降压治疗能否减少心脑血管疾病的发生尚存在争议。本文结合近年来国内外老年高血压的相关临床试验,对流行病学、临床特点、降压目标值及治疗做一综述。
Hypertension is one of the most common chronic diseases in the elderly in China,and it is the most important risk factor of death and disease burden in the world.At present,whether intensive antihypertensive treatment can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in elderly patients with hypertension remains controversial.In this paper,the epidemiology,clinical characteristics,target value and treatment of hypertension in the elderly were reviewed.
