摘要
党支部是党建工作的基础,是高校思想政治工作的基层党组织,在这其中无论是教师党支部还是研究生党支部都在高知识水平的人才培养、思想政治建设上起到重要作用。基层支部党建水平将直接影响社会主义建设者和接班人的培养质量。目前,高校教师党支部和研究生党支部在建设上都存在各自的特点,为了将其优点结合,扬长避短,高校可以进行支部的创新性设置,成立纵向的教师与研究生支部共建。两者共建具备显著优势和重要意义,可显著增强高校基层支部的战斗力并促进研究生思想政治教育,我们对如何良好地建设和开拓这个新型党建载体进行探讨分析。
The Party branch is the foundation of the party construction work and the university ideological and political work of the grassroots Party organization,in which both the teacher party branch and the graduate student party branch play important roles in the training of talents for high level of knowledge and political construction.The level of Party branches will directly determine the quality of socialist builders and successors.At present,college teachers'party branches and graduate students'party branches have their own features during the construction process.In order to combine their advantages and avoid disadvantages,universities can set up innovative branches,and establish a co-construction of teachers and graduate party branches.In order to promote the coconstruction system and enhance the effectiveness of the Party branches in universities,it is necessary to discuss and analyze how to build and exploit this new carrier of Party building.
