摘要
开展研究生党支部与教工党支部协同共建是新时期创新高校研究生基层党建工作模式、发挥导师在研究生思政教育中育人作用、增强研究生党支部凝聚力和战斗力的重要途经。本文详细论述了协同共建的重要意义以及当前共建中存在的主要问题,并尝试从完善机制、拓展主题、创新形式和拓宽平台等方面探索了新时期协同共建的实现路径,以期为加强高校研究生基层组织建设提供借鉴。
Carrying out the collaborative construction of the Party branch of graduate students and the Party branch of teachers and workers is an important way to innovate the mode of grassroots Party building for graduate students in colleges and universities in the new era,to give play to the educational role of tutors in ideological and political education for graduate students,and to enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party branch of graduate students.This paper discusses in detail the importance of collaborative construction and the main problems in the current collaborative construction,and attempts to explore the path to realize collaborative construction in the new period from the aspects of perfecting mechanisms,expanding themes,innovating forms and broadening platforms,with a view to providing reference for strengthening the construction of graduate student'grassroots organizations in colleges and universities.
