福州长乐区三馆三中心超限高层结构抗震设计分析 被引量:1

摘要 福州市长乐区三馆三中心项目属于抗震超限项目,采用多塔楼高层连体结构。下部塔楼采用钢骨混凝土框架柱-钢板剪力墙的框架-剪力墙结构体系。顶层采用多塔高位连体结构,连体部分面积尺寸为265 m(长)×97 m(宽),且不设结构伸缩缝,超出规范要求。采用抗震性能化设计方法,通过小震工况下反应谱分析和时程分析,中震工况下的桁架构件性能化设计,罕遇地震(大震)工况下时程分析,对结构构件进行强度核算;针对大跨连体部分的楼板,进行水平荷载和温度工况下的应力分析;针对框架柱、剪力墙、大跨桁架根部楼板等薄弱位置进行构造加强;最终建筑功能与结构安全性统一实现,保证了结构安全性,为此类高层大连体项目提供计算实例。 Changle Youth Activity Center in Fuzhou is a seismic over-limit project,which applied high-position connected multi-tower structure.The lower part of towers adopted frame-shear wall structure with steel reinforced concrete frame columns and shear walls.The top layers adopted high-position connected multi-tower structure with 265 m×97 m connecting areas without structural joint which had exceeded the code limit.With seismic performance-based design method,using response spectrum and time-history analysis under frequent earthquake conditions,performance-based analysis for truss members under middle earthquake condition,and time-history analysis under rare earthquake condition,the structural member strength were checked.Aiming at slabs in large connected areas,the stress analysis under lateral and thermal loading cases was applied.To ensure the structure safety,the structural reinforcement was made for frame columns,shear walls,slabs close to the root of long-span trusses.The architectural functions and structure safety were realized uniformly eventually,and an illustration of calculation was offered.
