摘要
珠海横琴国际交易广场是由两栋高度、体型差异均较大的塔楼组成的不对称、复杂高位连体结构,并且两塔楼均存在核心筒高宽比大、抗侧刚度不足的难点。设计中创新性地采用了混凝土空腹桁架加强层和半刚性连体结构体系,在实现建筑立面效果的同时,又保证了结构具有良好的抗震性能,解决了传统不设缝刚性连体刚度越大地震力越大的难题,可为类似不对称连体工程项目提供参考。
Zhuhai Hengqin International Trade Square is a complex high-position connected structure, which consists of two asymmetrical towers with different heights and body shapes. In addition, there are some design difficulties in both towers, such as large height to width ratio of corewall and insufficient lateral stiffness. In the design, the concrete vierendeel truss reinforcement layer and semi-rigid connected structure system were innovatively adopted, which realizes the building facade effect, ensures the good seismic performance of the structure, solves the problem that the seismic force increased with the rigidity of the traditional rigid connected structure without joints, and provides reference for similar asymmetric connected projects.
