摘要
对心脏神经症(CN)运用中成药治疗的临床概况进行综述。采用功效分类的方法,总结近15年中成药治疗心脏神经症的运用及研究概况,分为理气活血、益气活血、益气养阴、益气温通、养阴行血、交通心肾不同的类别。以期为中医临床治疗心脏神经症提供便捷的参考。参考文献42篇。
The clinical situation of treatment of cardiac neurosis with Chinese patent medicine is reviewed.The general application and study situation of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of cardiac neurosis in recent 15 years are summarized by using the method of efficacy classification.The efficacy are classified as follows:regulating qi and promoting blood circulation,benefiting qi and promoting blood circulation,benefiting qi and nourishing yin,benefiting qi and warming yang,nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation,restoring coordination between heart and kidney.With a prospect to provide a convenient reference for the clinical treatment of cardiac neurosis with traditional Chinese medicine.There are 42 as references.
