摘要
某垃圾发电项目采用内外循环厌氧反应器(IC-EC)处理垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液。工程调试表明,反应器接种厂区剩余污泥后,经过35 d左右可快速启动,并且后续能够维持长期稳定。一年的运行效果分析显示,尽管水质和进水量不断波动,但反应器运行效果稳定,COD去除率维持在81.2%~94.1%;厌氧反应器底部污泥浓度为32.2~38.3 g/L,出水污泥浓度仅为1.8~2.5 g/L,说明反应器具有较好的泥水分离效果,能够减少污泥流失,有效地将微生物保留在反应器内。
The internal-external circulation anaerobic reactor(IC-EC)was used to treat the leachate of waste incineration plant.The engineering commissioning showed that the reactor could be started quickly in about 35 days and maintained long-term stability after inoculating the residual sludge in the plant.One year operation analysis results showed that though the water quality and quantity fluctuated continuously,but the operation effect of the reactor was stable,and the COD removal rate remained at 81.2%-94.1%,the sludge concentration at the bottom of the anaerobic reactor was 32.2-38.3 g/L,and the effluent sludge concentration was only 1.8-2.5 g/L,indicating that the reactor had a good sludge separation effect,which could reduce sludge loss and well retain microorganisms in the reactor.
