Numerical Simulation of Combustion Characteristics of Biomass Mixed Coal in O_(2)/CO_(2) Atmosphere

摘要 为探究O_(2)/CO_(2)气氛下生物质与煤粉混燃对锅炉燃烧特性的影响,利用Fluent软件模拟300 MW煤粉炉内生物质与煤粉混燃过程,分别研究了在空气气氛及O_(2)/CO_(2)气氛下,生物质燃料的掺烧及氧浓度对炉内温度场、速度场和组分分布等的影响。结果表明:较之空气气氛,富氧气氛下燃料的着火及燃烬滞后,CO生成量增加,燃烧区气体流速降低;生物质燃料的加入可以改善燃料的燃烧特性,着火和燃烬提前,减少CO的生成量。 In order to study the influence of biomass and pulverized coal combustion on the combustion characteristics of boiler in O_(2)/CO_(2) atmosphere,this paper simulated the combustion process of biomass and pulverized coal in 300 MW pulverized coal furnace by Fluent software,and studied the influence of the combustion of biomass fuel and oxygen concentration on the temperature field in the furnace,velocity field and component distribution respectively in the air atmosphere and O_(2)/CO_(2) atmosphere.The results showed that,compared with air atmosphere,the ignition and burnout of fuel in oxygen enriched atmosphere lagged behind,the CO production increased,and the gas velocity in combustion zone decreased;the addition of biomass fuel could improve the combustion characteristics of the fuel,advanced the ignition and burnout,and reduced the production of CO.
