低浓度瓦斯与煤粉耦合体系着火温度实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解低浓度瓦斯与煤粉的耦合特性,自行建立了耦合体系的着火温度实验系统,对低浓度瓦斯与煤粉耦合体系着火温度进行了实验研究。结果表明:耦合体系的着火温度比低浓度瓦斯的着火温度降低了约180℃;当甲烷体积分数小于2%时,耦合体系着火温度比煤粉的着火温度低,而当甲烷体积分数高于2%时,耦合体系的着火温度比煤粉的着火温度高,且随着甲烷体积分数的增加,耦合体系的着火温度升高;当煤粉质量浓度增加时,耦合体系着火温度先下降后上升,最佳煤粉质量浓度为700g/m^;当煤粉粒径从65~70/μm增加到100~105μm时,着火温度升高了约110℃;当煤粉挥发分从8.99%增加到30.99%时,耦合体系的着火温度降低了159℃。 In order to fully understand coupling properties of low-concentration gas and pulverized coal, a coupling experimental system for ignition temperature was built up, and relevant experiments were carried out. The results illustrated that,the ignition temperatures of the coupling system was about 180 ℃ lower than that of the low-concentration gas system. When the methane concentration was lower than 2%, the ignition temperature of the coupling system was lower than that of the pulverized coal system,white when the methane concentration was higher than 2 %, the ignition temperature of the coupling system was higher than that of the pulverized coal system. The ignition temperature of the coupling system increased with the methane concentration. With an increase in the pulverized coal concentration, the ignition temperature of the coupling system reduced fist and then rose up. It increased by 110 ℃ when the coal particles diameter increased from the range of 65-70μm to 100-105μm,and decreased by 159 ℃ when the volatiles content in the coal changed from 8.99% to 30.99%.
