摘要
学生评教是教学评价的重要措施之一,有助于监测和改进教学质量。日本国立大学的学生评教指标大致分为学生学习投入、教学大纲、教学内容与方法、教学效果以及教学综合评价五个方面,其特征主要表现为注重学生学习投入的评价,重视评价教学大纲的作用,师范类与非师范国立大学在教学方法评价上各有侧重,教学效果评价的范围广。为改进我国高校的学生评教,可将学生学习投入调查纳入评教指标,要注重教学大纲的使用与评价,应根据培养目标灵活设置学生评教项目。
As one of the means of teaching evaluation,students’evaluation is helpful to supervise and improve teaching quality.The student evaluation indicators of Japanese national universities could be divided into five aspects:students’learning input,syllabus,teaching content and methods,teaching effect,and comprehensive teaching evaluation.There’re such characteristics as emphasis on evaluating students’learning input,emphasis on evaluating the syllabus,emphasis on the evaluation of teaching methods among normal and non-normal national universities,and wide range of teaching effect evaluation.Therefore,Chinese universities should incorporate student learning input into student evaluation of teaching,focus on the use and evaluation of the syllabus,and set up student evaluation projects according to the cultivation objectives.
