摘要
目的掌握辽宁省东港市蚊虫分布以及中华按蚊对杀虫剂的抗性情况,为蚊虫防治提供科学依据。方法蚊虫监测采用诱蚊灯法,抗药性监测采用成蚊接触筒法。结果2018年8月和9月采用诱蚊灯法累计布放诱蚊灯12灯次,共捕获蚊虫6545只,密度为545.42只/(灯·夜)。三带喙库蚊是优势种,占61.88%;其次是中华按蚊和淡色库蚊,分别占28.36%和4.14%。0.05%溴氰菊酯、0.75%氯菊酯、0.05%高效氯氰菊酯和0.1%残杀威引起中华按蚊雌性成蚊24 h校正死亡率分别是73.37%、20.69%、41.60%和85.61%,说明中华按蚊对溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯产生了抗性,对残杀威为初步抗性。结论通过这次调查,基本掌握了辽宁省东港市蚊虫分布情况和中华按蚊的抗药性水平。
Objective To grasp the mosquito distribution and insecticide resistance of Anopheles sinensis in Donggang City of Liaoning Province,and provide scientific basis for mosquito control.Methods The light trapping methods was adopted for mosquito density monitoring,and contact barrel method for insecticide resistance determination.Results In August and September of 2018,12 light traps were placed,and a total of 6545 mosquitoes were captured with the density of 545.42 insects per lamp at one night.Culex tritaeniorhynchus was the dominant species accounting for 61.88%,followed by Anopheles sinensis accounting for 28.36% and Culex pipiens pallens accounting for 4.14%.The corrected mortalities of female mosquitoes of Anopheles sinensis caused by 0.05% deltamethrin,0.75% permethrin,0.05% beta-cypermethrin and 0.1% propoxur were respectively 73.37%,20.69%,41.60% and 85.61%,indicating that the Anopheles sinensis population was resistant to deltamethrin,permethrin and beta-cypermethrin,and initially resistant to propoxur.Conclusion Through this investigation,the species distribution and insecticide resistance of Anopheles sinensis in Donggang City of Liaoning Province were preliminary understood.
