摘要
为调查辽宁省辽南地区庄河大骨鸡沙门菌感染及耐药情况,随机收集盖县、庄河等地样品390份,分离出49株沙门菌,分离率为12.56%。鉴定出4种血清型,依次为:鸡白痢沙门菌,占53.06%;鼠伤寒沙门菌,占34.69%;甲型副伤寒沙门菌,占8.16%;曼哈顿沙门菌,占4.08%。其中分离株耐药性最高的3种抗生素依次为氟苯尼考、四环素、青霉素,耐药率依次为87.76%、77.55%、73.47%。多重耐药性调查结果显示,禽源沙门菌对12种抗生素均有不同程度的耐药性,且均为多重耐药菌株。4耐菌株所占比例最大,占28.57%,多重耐药现象严重。bla TEM、aadA1、tetB三种耐药基因的检出率分别为85.71%、65.31%、55.10%。3种耐药基因全部检出的分离株为22株(占44.90%)。本试验在一定程度上表明沙门菌耐药性的严峻性,同时为辽南地区沙门菌疾病科学防控提供参考。
In order to investigate the infection and drug resistance of Salmonella in Zhuanghe chicken in southern Liaoning province,390 samples from Gaixian,Zhuanghe and other areas were randomly collected and 49 strains of Salmonella were isolated.The isolation rate was 12.56%.Four serotypes were identified,induding Salmonella pullorum(53.06%),Salmonella typhimurium(34.69%),Salmonella paratyphi A(8.16%),and Salmonella Manhattan(4.08%).The three antibiotics with the highest resistance were florfenicol,tetracycline and penicillin,and the resistance rates were 87.76%,77.55%,and 73.47%,respestively.The results of multiple drug resistance survey showed that Salmonella from chicken had different degrees of resistance to 12 kinds of antibiotics,and all of them were multi drug resistant strains.The proportion of resistant strains was the largest,accounting for 28.57%,and the phenomenon of multiple drug resistance was serious.The detection rates of bla TEM,aadA1,tetB drug resistance genes were 85.71%,65.31%,and 55.10%.Twenty-two strains(44.90%)of the three drug resistance genes were detected.To some extent,this study shows the severity of Salmonella drug resistance.The data will provide a reference for scientific prevention and control of Salmonella diseases in southern area of Liaoning.
