摘要
江苏作为丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路的交汇点,受益于国家“一带一路”倡议,近年来跨境电商发展迅猛,贸易范围逐渐扩大,但与此同时也存在信用标准模糊、物流成本高等问题。文中首先研究了江苏跨境电商发展现状,继而分析现阶段存在的问题,给出“一带一路”背景下江苏跨境电商发展路径,以及促进跨境电商高质量发展的政策建议。
As the intersection of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road,Jiangsu has benefited from“the Belt and Road Initiative”.In recent years,cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly and the scope of trade has gradually expanded.At the same time,there are such problems as fuzzy credit standards and high logistics costs.This paper firstly studies the development status of cross-border e-commerce in Jiangsu,then analyzes the existing problems at the current stage,and proposes the development path of cross-border e-commerce in Jiangsu under the background of“the Belt and Road Initiative”,as well as policy suggestions which are used to promote the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce.
