摘要
对于含有大量NaCl、Ca^(2+)及一定量SiO_(2)的化工废水,设计采用混凝沉淀-超滤-弱酸阳床-膜浓缩-三效蒸发结晶-单效蒸发结晶的组合工艺进行废水零排放处理,淡水和NaCl回收,杂盐外运。工程运行结果表明,系统运行稳定,未进行废水外排,淡水水质及NaCl固体品质均满足设计要求。
As chemical wastewater contains a large amount of NaCl,Ca^(2+) and a certain amount of SiO_(2),a combined process of coagulation sedimentation-ultrafiltration-weak acid cation bed-membrane concentration-three effect evaporation crystallization-single effect evaporation crystallization was designed and adopted for its zero discharge treatment,the fresh water and NaCl were reclaimed while the carnallite was transported out.The engineering operation results showed that,the system ran stably,no wastewater was discharged,and the quality of fresh water and NaCl solids satisfied the design requirement.
