摘要
介绍了山东恒邦冶炼股份有限公司采用三效蒸发+单效蒸发+震动流化床干燥处理金铜、金铅冶炼产生的碱性废水并制取合格的硫酸钠产品的工艺研究和生产实践。已建成1套10 kt/a的硫酸钠生产装置,可处理废水10 m^3/h,生产合格硫酸钠1.5 t/h,具有良好的经济和环保效益,解决了公司碱性废水处理的难题。
The process research and production practice of treating alkaline wastewater from gold copper and gold lead smelting and producing qualified sodium sulfate products by adopting triple effect evaporation+single effect evaporation+vibrating fluidized bed drying in Shandong humon smelting Co.,Ltd are introduced.A 10 kt/a sodium sulfate production unit has been built,which can treat 10 m^3/h wastewater and produce 1.5 t/h qualified sodium sulfate.It has good economic and environmental benefits,and solves the problem of alkaline wastewater treatment in the company.
