摘要
目的:设计一种便携式担架快速过床器,便于医学救援及平时院外急救检查时转移患者。方法:便携式担架快速过床器由折叠架和位于床体上的载体组成,患者转移时直接躺在载体上,只需将载体挂在折叠架上即可对患者抬起转移。选取120例行影像检查的患者,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,观察组进行影像检查时采用便携式担架快速过床器,对照组进行影像检查时采用传统的过床器。观察比较两组患者检查过床耗费时间、转运时间以及医务人员和患者对过床器使用满意度。结果:经临床测试,便携式担架快速过床器与传统过床器相比,可减少过床时间4 min、降低患者的翻身次数3次,观察组转运时间为(2.00±1.12)min;对照组为(3.00±1.18)min,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.343,P<0.05),研制的过床器能够保证患者在转移过程中的安全性,有效提高转移时的舒适性、便携性和工作效率。结论:便携式担架快速过床器可保证医学救援及平时院外急救患者在翻身过程中的安全性和便携性,对于提高医疗质量,具有重要临床意义。
Objective:To design a fast changing-bed device of portable stretcher so as to conveniently transfer patients in medical rescue and the examination of routine extra hospital rescue.Methods:The fast changing-bed device consisted of folding shelf and carrier on bed.Patients directly laid on the carrier when they were transferred,and they could be uplifted and transferred after the carrier only need be hung over the folding shelf.120 patients who underwent imaging examination were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group as random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group adopted fast changing-bed device of portable stretcher when they underwent imaging examination,and control group adopted conventional changing-bed device.The expended time of changing-bed,the time of transport and the satisfactions of medical personnel and patients for the use of changing-bed device between the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The results of clinical test indicated that the fast changing-bed device of portable stretcher could reduce 4 min of changing bed and decrease 3 times of turn over frequency of patients than conventional changing-bed device.And the transport times of observation group and control group were(2.00±1.12)min and(3.00±1.18)min,respectively,and the difference of that between the two groups was significant(t=4.343,P<0.05).This device ensured the safety of patients in transfer process,and effectively improved the comfort,portability and work efficiency.Conclusion:The fast changing-bed device of portable stretcher can ensure the safety and portability of patients in the process of turning over in medical rescue and routine extra hospital rescue.And it has great clinical significance for improving the quality of medical treatment.
