摘要
目的探讨气泵转运车组合气悬浮床垫在脊柱外科患儿中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,于2017年1月—2019年2月选取浙江省某三级甲等医院脊柱外科患儿52例,每例患儿使用气泵转运车组合气悬浮床垫和普通平车转运各1次,比较患儿转运前后的疼痛评分、生命体征的变化、转运所需时间及人力情况和家长的满意度。结果使用气泵转运车组合气悬浮床垫的患儿转运前后疼痛程度和生命体征均无明显变化(P>0.05),而使用普通平车转运的患儿转运后疼痛程度明显增加,且生命体征改变显著(P<0.05);气泵转运车组合气悬浮床垫转运所需时间及人力均少于普通平车转运(P<0.001);从舒适、平稳、省时省力、便捷等方面来讲,患儿家长对气泵转运车组合气悬浮床垫转运的满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论气泵转运车组合气悬浮床垫用于脊柱外科患儿院内转运操作简单便捷,节约时间、人力,可降低患儿疼痛程度,提高其舒适度和安全性。
Objective To explore the application effect of air pump transport car combined air suspension mattress in children with spinal surgery.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 52 children with spinal surgery in a first-class tertiary hospital in Zhejiang province from January 2017 to February 2019.Each case was transported by air pump transport car combined air suspension mattress,and ordinary flat car respectively.Pain score and the change of vital signs were compared before and after the transport in each transportation.And time for transport,manpower and the satisfaction of the parents were assessed.Results The pain degree and vital signs of the children using air pump transport car combined air suspension mattress had no significant change before and after transport(P>0.05),while the pain degree of the children using ordinary flat car were significantly increased after transport and the changes of vital signs were significant(P<0.05).The transport time and manpower required for transportation were less in the transports by air pump transport car combined air suspension mattress(P<0.001).From the aspects of comfort,stability,time and effort saving,and convenience,the satisfaction of parents on transport with air pump transport car combined air suspension mattress was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The air pump transport car combined air suspension mattress can be used for intrahospital transport of children with spinal surgery.It is simple and convenient to operate,could save time and manpower,reduce the pain degree of children,and improve their comfort and safety.
