摘要
本文以雄安新区地下综合管廊工程项目为依托,从转角特殊节段入手,细化大断面综合管廊转角处弧线倒角支架模板设计体系,利用BIM技术进行实体建模,通过进行ABAQUS软件有限元分析模板支撑体系,制订科学的施工方案。提出转角段弧形模板的施工工艺流程和控制关键,确保建设质量,提高建设效率,进一步提高经济及社会效益。
In this paper,the design system of the curved chamfered brac ket formwork for the special arc shaped corner part was refined based on an underground utility tunnel project in Xiong'an New District.This paper modelled the real structure with BIM technology,analyzed the formwork support system through ABAQUS software,and proposed a scientific construction plan.The construction process and control points of the arcshaped corner formwork were put forward,which can ensure the construction quality,improve the construction efficiency,and further improve the economic and social benefits.
