摘要
当前对测绘产品评价等级的界限划分过于刚性,并常因某一评价指标异常导致评价结果失真。本文以地表覆盖分类数据质量评价为例,分析总结质量要求,构建包括质量因素、权值系数在内的质量模型,引入多层次模糊综合评价方法,设计合理高效的隶属函数,并采用有效度相对指标、单值分布概率对评价结果进行评估。与采用GB/T 18316-2008标准评价进行比较,结果表明:以最低分为基础的GB/T 18316-2008评价方法存在非重要因素指标异常导致评价失效的风险,而权系数适宜前提下的模糊综合评价方法能让评价结果保留丰富的信息,评价结果也更合理。模糊综合评价方法经改造后可推广应用于其他自然资源调查监测产品的质量评价。
The demarcation of the evaluation grade of surveying and mapping products is too rigid,and the evaluation results are often distorted due to the abnormality of an evaluation index.This paper takes the land cover classification data quality evaluation as an example,analyzes the quality model which includes quality factors and weight coefficient.In this paper,the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced,the reasonable and efficient membership function is designed,and the evaluation results are evaluated by using the relative index of effectiveness and the probability of single value distribution.Compared with GB/T 18316-2008 evaluation standard,the results show that GB/T 18316—2008 evaluation method based on the lowest cumulative score has the risk of evaluation failure caused by the abnormal indicators of unimportant factors,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the premise of suitability weighting can make the evaluation results retain rich information,and the evaluation results are more reasonable.The improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be applied to the quality evaluation of other natural resources survey and monitoring products.
