摘要
以秦东区域为案例,通过该区域自然保护地现状剖析,应用GIS空间叠置分析技术、地理集中指数等方法,解析其空间格局及重叠区域。结果表明,秦东区域共有14个自然保护地存在重叠区域,重叠次数18次,重叠面积9186.15 hm2,占全部自然保护地面积的22.48%。其中,主要是地质公园和森林公园、地质公园和自然保护区、自然保护区和森林公园之间重叠,共有4处重叠,重叠面积8837.14 hm2。整合优化后形成2类23处保护地,总面积12.4万hm2,占秦东区域国土面积的9.5%。通过分析自然保护地重叠区域空间关系以及与生态保护红线面临的现实冲突问题,提出了整合自然保护地的优化措施。
In this paper,eastern Qinling region was taken as a case to analyzed the current situation of nature reserves.The spatial pattern and overlapping areas of the region were analyzed using GIS spatial overlay analysis technology and the geographical concentration index method.The results show that there are 14 nature reserves with overlapping areas in the eastern Qinling region with 18 times of overlapping,covering 9186.15 hectares,accounting for 22.48%of the total nature reserves.Among them,there are overlaps mainly between geoparks and forest parks,geoparks and nature reserves,nature reserves and forest parks,with a total of 4 overlaps covering an area of 8837.14 hectares.After integration and optimization,23 protected areas of 2 categories are formed with a total area of 124000 hectares,accounting for 9.5%of the land area of eastern Qinling region.Based on the analysis of the spatial relationship of overlapping nature reserves and the realistic conflicts with the ecological protection red line,an optimization measure for the integration of nature reserves is put forward as a reference for the construction of spatial system of regional nature reserves in other regions of China.
