超声多普勒引导下对老年患者棘上韧带炎痛点注射的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察超声多普勒引导下痛点封闭治疗在棘上韧带炎所致的老年腰痛患者中的临床疗效。方法对在内蒙古鄂尔多斯中医康复医院进行治疗的38例老年棘上韧带炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各19例。对照组给予干扰电治疗,20 min,1次/d,1个疗程10 d。观察组在给予干扰电治疗基础上,再行超声多普勒引导下进行1次痛点注射,注射利多卡因2 mL。选用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和日常生活活动能力(ADL)量表作为观察指标。结果VAS评分比较:2组治疗前VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗后第3天、第10天,2组VAS评分均低于同组治疗前,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ADL评分比较:在治疗第3天和第10天,观察组ADL评分均高于对照组以及本组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声多普勒引导痛点封闭治疗老年患者棘上韧带炎,可以有效改善疼痛。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ultrasound Doppler-guided pain point closure treatment in elderly patients with low back pain caused by supraspinous ligamentitis.Methods 38 elderly patients with supraspinous ligamentitis treated in the Ordos Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 19 cases in each group.The control group was given interference electrotherapy,20 min/time,once a day,for a course of 10 d.On the basis of interference electrotherapy,the observation group was given a pain point injection under the guidance of Doppler ultrasound,and 2 mL lidocaine was injected.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and Activity of Daily Living(ADL)scale were used as observation indexes.Results There was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).On the 3 rd and 10 th day after treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 3 rd and 10 th day after treatment,the ADL scores of the observation group were higher than that before treatment,and also higher than those of the control group at the same time point,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of supraspinous ligamentitis in elderly patients with ultrasound Doppler-guided pain point closure can effectively relieve the pain of patients.
