摘要
在制浆造纸生产线中经常使用液压系统控制设备的动作,液压控制系统具有反馈装置、较强的抗干扰能力和较高精度的输出量。液压系统是用液压油作为媒介物质,在密封的回路里,以液体的压力能进行能量传递的传动方式。本文通过液压系统工作原理、控制方式、安装调试等方面介绍,给现场技术人员参考和借鉴。
In the pulp and paper production line,the hydraulic system is often used to control the action of the equipment. The hydraulic control system has feedback device,strong antiinterference ability and high precision output. It uses liquid as the working medium. In the sealed circuit,the pressure of liquid can transfer energy. This paper introduces the working principle,control mode,application and maintenance of the hydraulic system to the field technicians for reference.
