摘要
为解决中小纺织企业生产技术管理粗放、亟须提升的问题,分析其存在问题的原因,提出进行智能化改造、实施精细精益化管理、使用纺织云平台的解决方案,探讨纺织云平台的特点和作用。指出:中小型纺织企业须进行智能化改造,充分发挥智能设备的功能,弱化对人员的依赖;加强人员培训,提高各级人员管理水平;应用精益化、数字化和智能化的纺织云平台,能简化企业管理流程、降低管理难度。
In order to solve the problems that the production technology management is extensive and need to improve urgently in small and medium-sized textile enterprises,the causes are analyzed,the the solutions of intelligent transformation,implementing fine and lean management and the use of textile cloud platform are put forward,and the characteristics and functions of the textile cloud platform are discussed.It is pointed out that small and medium-sized textile enterprises should carry out intelligent transformation,give full play to the function of intelligent equipments,weaken the dependence on personnel,strengthen personnel training,and improve the level of personnel management at all levels.The lean,digital and intelligent textile cloud platform should be applied to simplify enterprise management process and reduce management difficulty.
