摘要
目的探讨注射用血栓通的临床用药特征,为临床合理安全用药提供参考和依据。方法运用回顾性分析法,对泰州市人民医院医院信息系统(HIS)库中住院患者病历进行分析,采用频数分析法描述统计使用注射用血栓通患者的基本信息。运用关联规则分析方法了解常用药物联合使用情况。结果注射用血栓通目标人群多为中老年人(占80.17%),男性较多,为女性1.11倍,多合并心脑血管疾病和骨性疾病,在骨科、神经内科使用较多(分别占26.58%、25.84%)。二项关联分析表明,瑞舒伐他汀钙和硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合使用最多,置信度为93.23%;三项关联分析结果显示,在使用奥拉西坦和阿司匹林的患者中,使用瑞舒伐他汀钙最多,置信度为96.33。结论注射用血栓通在临床中,与调血脂药、抗血小板药和脑血管类药物联合使用较多,其中,瑞舒伐他汀钙、阿司匹林、硫酸氢氯吡格雷和奥拉西坦最可能和血栓通联合使用。
Objective To explore the clinical drug characteristics of injection thrombus,so as to provide reference and basis for clinical rational and safe medication.Methods A retrospective analysis was used to analyze the hospitalized patient records in the hospital information system in People’s Hospital of Taizhou City in Jiangsu Province.The frequency analysis method was used to describe the basic information of the patients using injection thrombus,and the associated rule analysis method was used to understand the combination of commonly used drugs.Results The target population of injection thrombus was for the elderly(80.17%),and there were more men than women,1.11 times as many as women.Such groups were often associated with diseases such as cardiovascular disease and bone disease,and the drug was used more in orthopedics and neurology(26.58%and 25.84%respectively).A total of 2 association analyses showed that the combination of rosuvastatin calcium and clopidogrel bisulfate was used the most,with a confidence of 93.23%.The results of the 3 association analyses showed that among the patients using oxiracetam and aspirin,rosuvastatin calcium was used the most,with a confidence of 96.33%.Conclusion Injection thrombus is often used in combination with lipid-lowering drugs,antiplatelet drugs and cerebrovascular drugs.Among them,rosuvastatin calcium,aspirin,clopidogrel bisulfate and oxiracetam are most likely to be used in combination with injection thrombus.
