摘要
海上风电项目在外海施工环境恶劣,施工技术难度大,其中单桩稳桩施工技术是控制海上风电单桩垂直度的关键技术。目前,海上风电大直径钢管桩基础稳桩导向装置基本采用自升式海上稳桩平台,辅助作业船舶加稳桩平台组合的方式,该施工方式广泛应用于海上风机单桩基础,施工技术成熟。超大直径钢管桩采用坐底式单桩稳桩平台新工艺,其自带发电供电系统以及控制系统,并且可以独立辅助作业船舶施工。本单桩稳桩平台具备工程桩沉桩作业及调节桩身垂直度的功能,且满足在可作业天气条件下受海洋风、浪、流影响下的施工需求,施工工效更高、船机数量需求更少、经济性更好。
The construction environment of offshore wind power projects is harsh and the construction technology is difficult.The construction technology of single pile stabilization is the key technology to control the verticality of offshore wind power single pile.At present,the guide device for stabilizing large diameter steel pipe pile foundation of offshore wind power basically adopts the combination of jack-up offshore pile stabilization platform and auxiliary operation ship plus pile stabilization platform.This construction method is widely used in offshore wind turbine single pile foundation,and the construction technology is mature.In this paper,a new technology of single pile stabilizing platform with sitting bottom is adopted for super-large diameter steel pipe piles,which has its own power generation and power supply system and control system,and can independently assist the construction of operation ships.The single-pile stabilizing platform has the functions of sinking engineering piles and adjusting the verticality of pile bodies,and meets the construction requirements under the influence of ocean wind,waves and currents in operable weather,with higher construction efficiency,less demand for ships and machines and better economy.
