弃土场再利用场站选址风险分析与控制 被引量:2

摘要 弃土场作为调配平衡后产生的弃方,一方面解决了基础设施建设与合理调配,但同时也占据了原有生态位置,使耕地变为荒山。成绵苍巴高速公路途经四川苍溪县,为保障满足桥梁、隧道工程施工,拟在广元苍溪县亭子镇五福村大田坪原大唐水电拌和站旧址建设1座混凝土拌和站(1#拌和站)和钢筋加工厂(1#钢筋加工厂)。结合资源合理利用、统筹绿色发展与安全发展,经多方论证与评估确认后选址于大唐电站原弃土场填土范围。本文对该弃土场可能发生的地质、自然灾害等进行分析,并采用摩尔—库仑准则进行仿真计算,充分论证该弃土场边坡稳定性及选址的可行性,为场站设计与建设提供依据。 As the abandoned land after the balance of allocation,on the one hand,it solves the problem of infrastructure construction and rational allocation,but at the same time,it also occupies the original ecology location,making the cultivated land become barren mountain.The Chengmian Cangba expressway project passes through Cangxi County in Sichuan Province,in order to ensure the construction of bridges and tunnels,a concrete mixing station(No.1 Mixing Station)and a reinforcing bar processing plant(No.1 Reinforcing Bar Processing Plant)will be built at the former site of Datang hydropower mixing station at Datianping,Wufu,Tingzi Town,Cangxi County,Guangyuan.Based on the rational utilization of resources,overall planning of green development and safe development,the site was chosen to fill the area of the former spoil ground of Datang power station after multi-argumentation and assessment.In this paper,the geological and natural disasters that may occur in the dump were analyzed,and the Mohr Coulomb criterion was used for simulation.The slope stability of the dump and the feasibility of site selection are fully demonstrated,which provides a basis for the design and construction of the station.
