摘要
目的探讨关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤的疗效。方法采用该院2017年1月—2019年10月接收的80例膝关节软骨损伤患者作为研究对象,按照数字表评分法将患者划为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组患者使用常规关节清理术治疗,研究组使用关节镜下微骨折术进行治疗,比较两组治疗的疗效。结果研究组患者临床治疗总有效率为97.50%,膝关节运动功能评分、膝关节功能评分、白细胞介素水平、肿瘤坏死因子水平、疼痛评分分别为(5.74±1.82)分、(87.55±7.78)分、(8.06±1.92)pg/mL、(10.06±2.64)pg/mL、(1.53±0.68)分,且研究组患者并发症发生率为5.00%,其各项数据与对照组进行对比均存在显著优势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.507,P=0.034;t=8.622,P<0.001;t=10.337,P<0.001;t=9.350,P<0.001;t=8.810,P<0.001;t=8.163,P<0.001;χ2=4.804,P=0.028)。结论为膝关节软骨损伤患者使用关节镜下微骨折术进行治疗,能够提升患者治疗有效率,改善患者关节功能水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic microfractures in the treatment of knee cartilage injuries.Methods 80 cases of knee cartilage injury patients received in the hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were used as the research objects,and the patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the numerical table scoring method,with the number of cases in each group being 40 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional joint debridement,and the study group was treated with arthroscopic microfracture surgery to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment for the patients in the study group was 97.50%.The knee motor function score,knee function score,interleukin level,tumor necrosis factor level,and pain score were(5.74±1.82)points and(87.55±7.78)points,(8.06±1.92)pg/mL,(10.06±2.64)pg/mL,(1.53±0.68)points,and the complication rate of patients in the study group was 5.00%.The data were compared with those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.507,P=0.034;t=8.622,P<0.001;t=10.337,P<0.001;t=9.350,P<0.001;t=8.810,P<0.001;t=8.163,P<0.001;χ2=4.804,P=0.028).Conclusion The use of arthroscopic microfractures for the treatment of knee cartilage injuries can improve the treatment efficiency of patients and improve the level of joint function of patients.
