摘要
共享汽车改变了人们的出行方式,如何选择共享汽车运营模式来保证企业的可持续发展就成了一个重要问题。通过对往返式、单程站点式和自由流动式三种模式的临界点变化幅度比较得出,自由流动式模式下,租赁收入只需要降低16%就能够实现企业的盈利。说明企业选择自由流动式作为运营模式可以更好地实现企业盈利,也表明对企业运营模式进行研究将有助于企业的发展。
Car sharing has changed the way people travel.How to choose the operation mode of car sharing to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises has become an important issue.By comparing the change range of critical points of round-trip mode,one-way station mode and free flow mode,it can be concluded that under the free flow mode,the lease income only needs to reduce by 16%to achieve the profit of the enterprise.It shows that enterprises choose free flow as the operation mode can better achieve corporate profits,and it also shows that the research on the operation mode of enterprises will be conducive to the development of enterprises.
