摘要
以K_(2)CO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)吸附剂为载体,采用浸渍法制备不同含量柠檬酸改性的CA-K_(2)CO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)吸附剂,用于脱除C_(5)馏分油中CS_(2),利用N_(2)吸附-脱附、CO_(2)-TPD和FTIR等方法对不同含量柠檬酸改性的CA-K_(2)CO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)吸附剂进行表征。以C_(5)馏分油为原料,采用静态吸附法考察不同含量柠檬酸改性CA-K_(2)CO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)吸附剂对C_(5)馏分油中CS_(2)的脱除性能。实验结果表明,当柠檬酸含量为0.07g/mL时,脱硫性能最好,能够在1h内将C_(5)馏分油的硫含量由1200μg/mL降至375μg/mL;添加柠檬酸改性能够增大吸附剂的比表面积和孔体积,减小平均孔径,改变碱性强度,并改变活性组分—OH、—COO和—C=O在吸附剂表面的分布,有助于脱硫活性的提高。
Using K_(2)CO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) adsorbent as carrier,CA-K_(2)CO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) adsorbents modified with different concentration of citric acid were prepared by impregnation method and used for CS_(2) removal from C_(5) distillate oil.The modified adsorbents were further characterized by N_(2) adsorption/desorption,CO_(2)-TPD and FTIR.A static adsorption method was introduced to study the removal process.The results indicate that the adsorbent exhibits the best desulfurization performance when the concentration of citric acid is 0.07 g/mL.The sulfur content of C_(5) distillate oil can be desulfurized from 1200μg/mL to 375μg/mL in 1 h.The addition of citric acid can increase the specific surface area and pore volume of the adsorbent,decrease the average pore size,change the alkaline strength and the distribution of active components,such as—OH,—COO and—C=O on the surface of the adsorbent,which is conducive to the improvement of desulfurization performance.
