基于Flexsim的空调器室外机抽真空充注环线优化

摘要 为提高房间空调器室外机的产能,以某室外机的抽真空充注环线为研究对象,运用Flexsim建模与仿真,分析并找出影响产能的瓶颈与不合理因素,即生产线设备布局、人员配置、生产线传动与分配逻辑以及现场管理。从产能和生产线平衡率提升方面,结合精益生产思想系统地对以上瓶颈进行改善,并仿真验证,选出最优方案。结果表明,优化后的室外机抽真空充注环线产能由312台/时提高到390台/时,且生产线平衡率提高11.3%。该研究可为空调行业分体式室外机的产能提升以及生产线规划提供指导。 In order to improve the production capacity of room air conditioner outdoor unit,a circular production line including the vacuumizing and charge process is taken as the research object,using Flexsim modeling and simulation,the bottlenecks and unreasonable factors that affect the production capacity are analyzed and found out,namely,production line equipment layout,staffing,production line transmission and distribution logic,and on-site management.From the aspects of production capacity and balance rate improvement of production line,combined with lean production ideas,the above bottlenecks are systematically improved.The simulation and verification is conducted to select the best scheme.The results show that the production capacity of optimized production line of vacuumizing and charge for air conditioner outdoor unit has increased from 312 units/hour to 390 units/hour,and the production line balance rate is increased by 11.3%.The study provides guidance for the production capacity improvement and production line planning of split outdoor units in the air conditioner industry.
