摘要
根据空压机曲轴加工车间的特点,提出采用单元化"一个流"生产方式和Flexsim仿真软件相结合的方法,解决生产线布置问题。在Flexsim仿真软件中对车间原始布置进行建模仿真,综合分析仿真数据,发现不合理的现象并提出改善策略。再结合单元化"一个流"生产方式,确定设施布置的优化方案。实例分析表明,单元化"一个流"生产方式和Flexsim仿真软件相结合的方法可以减少在制品的存储数量,提高生产效率。
According to the characteristics of air compressor crankshaft machining workshop," One-Piece Flow" cell production mode and Flexsim simulation were adopted to solve the production line layout problem. The original layout of workshop of the sim- ulation model is established by Flexsim ,found unreasonable phenomenon and proposed improvement strategy. Then combining the "One-Piece Flow" cell production mode, determine the optimal facility layout scheme. Example analysis shows : the combined "One-Piece Flow" cell production mode and Flexsim simulation can reduces the stock of semi-manufactured goods and improves production efficiency.
