摘要
目的探讨急性动脉粥样硬化血栓形成性脑梗死发病患者血小板参数变化的意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在大连市金州区中医医院就诊的40例急性动脉粥样硬化血栓形成性脑梗死发病患者,探讨血小板压积(PCT)和血小板分布宽度(PDW)在评价急性脑梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗中的意义,根据重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)治疗后是否出血将患者分为出血组(20例)和非出血组(20例)。结果出血组治疗前后PCT及PDW比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);非出血组治疗后的PCT及PDW均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的PCT及PDW比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PCT及PDW对脑出血患者溶栓治疗的判断无意义,但无出血患者的PCT及PDW在治疗后会有不同程度的增加,可用于评价疗效。
Objective To explore the significance of the changes of platelet parameters in patients with acute atherosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 40 patients with acute atherosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction who were admitted to Jinzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Dalian from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected to investigate the significance of thrombocyte(PCT)and platelet distribution width(PDW)in the evaluation of intravenous thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Patients were divided into bleeding group(20 cases)and non-bleeding group(20 cases)according to whether or not they had bleeding after treatment with recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator(rt-PA).Results There was no significant difference in PCT and PDW in the bleeding group before and after treatment(P>0.05).PCT and PDW of non-bleeding group after treatment were higher than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PCT and PDW between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion PCT and PDW have no significance in the judgment of thrombolytic therapy for patients with cerebral hemorrhage,but the PCT and PDW of patients without hemorrhage will increase to different degrees after treatment,which can be used to evaluate the efficacy.
