摘要
近些年来各种数字货币层出不穷,主权国家也在研发推行法定数字货币。目前学界关于数字货币是否是货币这一问题莫衷一是。本文基于马克思主义货币理论分析数字货币是否具有货币属性。数字货币是一把双刃剑,它的出现既极大地便利了人们的生活,也对现行的经济社会带来巨大的冲击。如何化解这些冲击使数字货币更好地服务经济社会的发展,将是一项任重而道远的任务。
In recent years, various kinds of digital currency emerge in endlessly, and sovereign countries are also developing and implementing legal digital currency. At present, there is no consensus on whether digital currency is currency. Based on Marxist monetary theory, this paper analyzes whether digital currency has monetary attributes. Digital currency is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it greatly facilitates people’s life, on the other hand, it also has a huge impact on the current economic society. How to resolve these shocks and make digital currency better serve the development of economy and society will be a longterm task.
