摘要
目的观察自拟通络化痰汤治疗脑梗死急性期患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法80例患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(采用西医常规治疗)与研究组(在对照组基础上联合自拟通络化痰汤治疗)各40例。比较两组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数评分、中医证候积分、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平和不良反应出现情况。结果与对照组比较,研究组的NIHSS评分较低而Barthel指数评分则较高(P<0.05);研究组主症、次症及总积分均明显较低(P<0.05);研究组血清hs-CRP及Hcy水平均较低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论在西医治疗的基础上联合自拟通络化痰汤治疗,可改善脑梗死急性期患者的临床治疗效果。
Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of self-designed Tongluo Huatan Decoction on patients with acute Cerebral infarction.Methods:80 patients were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with self-designed Tongluo Huatan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The NIHSS score and Barthel index score,TCM syndrome score,serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and homocysteine(Hcy)levels,and the occurrence of adverse reac⁃tions in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:Compared with the control group after treatment,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower and the Barthel index score was higher(P<0.05);the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total score of the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum hs-CRP and Hcy levels were lower in the study group(P<0.05);there was no significant dif⁃ference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Self-designed Ton⁃gluo Huatan Decoction on the basis of western medicine for patients with acute cerebral infarction has relatively good clinical efficacy.
