摘要
针对隔离大面积悬顶采空区与生产区的防冲击密闭墙设计,选取以垮落面积、采高、巷道数据、断面尺寸、面积采出率、风速损失系数等为主要指标的采空区巷道空气冲击速度简化计算方法,并以四边简支板在均布荷载作用下的内力分析方法进行抗剪、抗拉、抗压强度分析校核,以此确定防冲击密闭墙的尺寸。结果表明,以该方法计算确定的密闭墙强度及厚度与工程实际较为接近,且安全系数更高,该方法可作为大面积悬顶采空区防冲击密闭墙的一种设计方法。
Aiming at the design of anti-shock air stopping wall between large area overhanging roof goaf and producing area,a simplified calculation method for air blast velocity of goaf roadway with caving area,mining height,roadway number,section size,area recovery rate and wind speed loss coefficient as the main indexes is selected,and the shear,tensile and compressive strength are analyzed and checked by the internal force analysis method of the four simply supported plates under uniform distributed load.Then the size of the anti-shock air stopping wall is determined.The results of example analysis show that the strength and thickness of the wall calculated by this method are close to the engineering practice,and the safety coefficient is higher.This method could be used as a design method of the anti-shock air stopping wall in the large overhanging roof goaf.
