摘要
文章结合公立医院费用管控业务流程和内部控制的要求,将智慧化管理模式和医院业务流程有机融合,在公立医院智慧化财务费用管控业务流程总体框架下构建起日常业务流程、公务卡费用管控业务流程和科研经费管控业务流程,进一步优化服务流程,提高效率;加强各管理系统互联互通,从而为数据掘金、业财融合提供有力支持。
According to the management and control process for expenses and the requirement for internal control in public hospitals,the intelligent management mode and hospital business process are combined to construct daily work process,?cost control process for civil servant card and the research fund control process under the framework of cost control process of intelligent financial expenses in public hospitals,so as to further optimize the service process,improve the efficiency,enhance the cooperation of different management system,provide strong support for data exploration and the combination for business and finance.
