摘要
王坡煤矿原有的抽采钻孔放水器使用过程中存在巡检工作量大,短时间内放水器易积满水,影响钻孔抽采效果等问题,而市场上已有的自动放水器放水通道较小、易堵塞排水通道,无法实现自动放水。针对这一问题,提出了将现有放水器与自动放水器相结合实现自动放水的解决思路,发挥现有放水器容积大的特点,实现集水、滤渣作用,同时配合自动放水器自动排水功能,实现优势互补。现场应用试验表明,水流能顺利通过改造的自动放水装置排出,每月仅需1~2次的手动排渣,就可以保证系统的正常运行,与原放水器每2~3 h充满水,每班需专门巡检人员在固定时间段、固定区域进行巡视检查相比,巡检工作效率和放水效率大幅提升。
In the process of using the original pumping drill water release device in Wangpo Mine,problems such as large inspection workload,the water release device easy to accumulate water in a short period of time,which affected the pumping effect of the drill hole,while the existing automatic water release device in the market had a small water release channel,which is prone to block the drainage channel and cannot realize automatic water release.In response to this problem,the solution idea of combining the existing water dischargers with automatic water dischargers to achieve automatic water discharge was proposed,which can realize the water collection and slag filtering function with the large volume of the existing water dischargers and the automatic drainage function of the automatic water dischargers,so that the two water dischargers can be used in combination to achieve complementary advantages.Through the field application test,the results showed that the water can be smoothly discharged through the modified automatic water release device,and only 1~2 times of manual slag discharge per month was needed to ensure the normal operation of the system,compared with the original water release device every 2~3 h full of water,and each shift required special inspectors to inspect the fixed time period and area,the inspection efficiency and water release efficiency were greatly improved.
