摘要
为了确保潞宁煤矿井下生产的安全,解决瓦斯抽采线路积水积渣和目前自动放水器应用中存在的问题,设计了以单片机为控制核心的智能排渣放水器,介绍了放水器的工作原理,并对控制系统软硬件进行设计。应用结果表明:该装置实现了水渣和瓦斯的分离,提高了煤矿瓦斯抽采效率,为潞宁煤矿安全生产奠定了基础。
In order to ensure the safety of underground production in Luning Coal Mine and solve the problems existing in the application of gas drainage line water accumulation slag and current automatic water discharge device,an intelligent slag discharge device with single chip microcomputer as the control core is designed,the working principle of the water discharge device is introduced,and the software and hardware of the control system are designed.The application results show that the device realizes the separation of water slag and gas,improves the efficiency of gas drainage in coal mine,and lays a foundation for safe production in Luning Coal Mine.
