绿色技术创新提升节能减排效应了吗? 被引量:5

摘要 绿色技术创新和节能减排已成为中国顺利实现经济绿色转型发展的重要推力。基于中国30个省份2004〜2018年的面板数据,从理论和实证两个方面,就中国能源革命和区域协同战略发展背景下绿色产品创新和绿色工艺创新的节能减排效应进行系统分析。实证结果显示,节能减排存在着正的“滚雪球式”时间滞后效应和正的“逐底式”空间溢出效应,本地或周边地区的绿色产品创新水平和绿色工艺创新水平的提高均对本地节能减排具有促增效应。不论考虑空间互动效应与否,地区能源消费结构越优,市场化程度越高,绿色技术创新的节能减排效应更高。 Green technology innovation,energy conservation and emission reduction have become an important driving force for China's smooth transition to green economic development.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2004 to 2018,this paper systematically analyzes the energy conservation and emission reduction effects of green product innovation and green process innovation under the background of China's energy revolution and regional coordinated strategic development from both theoretical and empirical perspectives.The empirical results show that there is a positive"snowballing"time lag effect and a positive"bottom-to-bottom"spatial spillover effect in energy conservation and emission reduction,and the improvement of the level of green product innovation and green process innovation in the local or surrounding areas will promote the efficiency of local energy conservation and emission reduction.Research results also show that whether the spatial interaction effect is considered or not,the better the regional energy consumption structure is,the higher the degree of marketization is,and the higher the energy saving and emission reduction effect of green technology innovation is.
