摘要
基于长三角26个城市2007—2016年的面板数据,依据绿色化测量指标和极值熵值法,系统测算长三角城市群绿色化指数,基于面板Tobit模型,探究长三角城市群绿色化发展的影响因素,结果显示:①样本考察期内,长三角城市群绿色化水平整体呈现逐年上升的时序特征,群内城市间绿色化指数截面差异明显。②子系统指数呈现稳步增长的时序动态演变特征;绿色增长、绿色福利、绿色财富和绿色治理子系统分别呈现'快速'上升、'直线'式上升、'平稳'增长和'波浪式'上升态势。③截面上,2016年各子系统绿色化水平和2007年相比均有不同程度的提升,但演变轨迹差异化明显。④26个城市绿色化波动类型分为发展平稳型、持续波动型和跳跃型。⑤经济增长、城镇化、科技发展、环境保护显著促进绿色化水平提升,而工业化和资源消耗显著抑制了绿色化发展。据此,提出推进绿色化发展的建议。
Based on the panel data of 26 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2007 to 2016,this paper systematically calculates the greenization index of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration according to the measurement index of greenization and the entropy method.Based on the panel Tobit model,the paper studies the influence factors of the greenization development of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.The results show that:1)During the period of2007-2016,the greenization level of this area is increasing year by year,and the greenization levels of these cities are obvious differences.2)The subsystem index shows a steady growth.The subsystems of green growth,green welfare,green wealth and green governance show rapid growth,linear growth,steady growth and fluctuating growth respectively.3)On the cross section,the greenization level of each subsystem in 2016 has been improved to different degrees compared with that in 2007,but the evolution track is obviously different.4)The change of greenization level in 26 cities is divided into three types which are stable development type,continuous fluctuation type and jumping type.5)Economic growth,urbanization,scientific and technological development and environmental protection significantly promote the improvement of greenization level,while industrialization and resource consumption prominently inhibit the green development.According to the conclusions,some suggestions are put forward to promote green development.
