双低剂量CT血管造影在急性冠脉综合征诊断中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨双低剂量CT血管造影(CTA)在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2018年5月至2020年7月于河南省三门峡市中心医院就诊的89例疑似为ACS患者,所有患者均接受双低剂量CTA检查,并以冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查结果为"金标准",分析双低剂量CT血管造影在ACS中的应用价值。结果经CAG检查得知,89例疑似为ACS患者中,32例确诊为ACS,占比35.96%;57例非ACS,占比64.04%。以CAG检查结果为"金标准",双低剂量CTA诊断ACS的准确度为93.26%(83/89)、灵敏度为93.75%(30/32)、特异度为92.98%(53/57);且双低剂量CTA检查与CAG检查结果具有极好的一致性(Kappa=0.856)。结论双低剂量CTA诊断ACS具有较高的准确度,且与CAG检查结果具有极好的一致性,可为临床早期准确判断ACS提供可靠依据,值得临床推广应用。 【Objective】To explore the application value of double low-dose CT angiography(CTA)in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).【Methods】A total of 89 suspected ACS patients treated in our hospital from May 2018 to July 2020 were selected.All patients were received double low-dose CTA examination,the results of coronary angiography(CAG)were used as the"gold standard"to analyze the application value of double low-dose CT angiography in ACS.【Results】According to CAG inspection,among the 89 suspected patients with ACS,32 were diagnosed with ACS,accounting for 35.96%;57 cases were non ACS,accounting for 64.04%.The CAG inspection results were used as the"gold standard",the accuracy of double-low-dose CTA in diagnosing ACS was 93.26%(83/89),sensitivity was 93.75%(30/32),and specificity was 92.98%(53/57);and the results of double low-dose CTA examination and CAG examination had excellent consistency(Kappa=0.856).【Conclusion】Double-low-dose CTA has high accuracy in diagnosing ACS,and it has excellent consistency with CAG examination results,which can provide a reliable basis for the accurate judgment of ACS in the early clinical stage and is worthy of clinical application.
