摘要
集装箱码头堆场出口箱箱位分配和场桥调度对装船效率有重要影响.为了避免翻箱,从装船和预约信息的视角提出新的堆存策略,考虑场桥实际作业中的安全距离,以装船时场桥完成提箱任务总时间最短为目标,构建堆场箱位分配及多场桥调度集成优化模型.设计文化基因算法进行求解,在遗传进化过程中加入了变邻域搜索操作,增强了算法的局部搜索能力.通过实例验证了模型和算法的有效性,并对集卡预约时段长度和准确性进行了鲁棒性分析.研究成果有利于提高装船作业效率.
The efficiency of containers stacking and yard crane scheduling have an important impact on the loading efficiency.In order to avoid reshuffle,a new stacking strategy is proposed from the perspective of loading and booking information.We establish an integrated optimization model of containers stacking and multi-yard cranes scheduling considering the regional workload balance planning strategy,uncertainty containers arrival sequence and the safety distance between yard cranes to minimize the working time of yard cranes when port loading.A memetic algorithm is designed to solve the model,which local search is added and the local search ability is enhanced.Through numerical experiments,the validity of the adopted algorithm and stacking strategy is verified.The results prove that the detailedity and accuracy of the containers’arrival information have an important impact on the yard scheduling.The research is conducive to improving the efficiency of loading operations.
