摘要
医院是我国主要的医疗卫生机构,会给人们提供高质量的服务。所以,医院需要加强管理,并将其作为主要的工作内容,特别是在新时期建设下,为了提升医院的药学管理水平,更需要做好质量改进工作,增加多方面的协调和沟通。在提升医院管理水平的同时,也能够促使医疗服务的高效运行。基于此,该文结合各项工作问题,了解质量改进工作的具体执行概念和意义,并做出合理的执行策略。
Hospitals are the main medical and health institutions in our country,which provide people with high-quality services.Therefore,the hospital needs to strengthen management and make it the main work content,especially in the new period of construction,in order to improve the hospital's pharmaceutical management level,it is necessary to do a good job in quality improvement and increase coordination and communication in many aspects.While improving the level of hospital management,it can also promote the efficient operation of medical services.Based on this,this article combines various work issues to understand the specific implementation concepts and meanings of quality improvement work,and gives a reasonable implementation strategy.
