摘要
目前,现代医学科学发展迅速,医疗水平不断提高,但随之而来的医院感染问题也日益凸显,控制医院感染的发生率是现今衡量医疗服务质量的一个重要指标。眼耳鼻喉医院属于专科医院,内镜技术、纤维支气管镜等侵袭检查的广泛应用,增加了医院感染管理的难度,如何有效预防医院感染,降低发生率是医院管理的关键环节。该文旨在对眼耳鼻喉专科医院中院感风险因素进行评估,如就诊患者自身因素、侵入性检查因素、医院管理因素、防控制度执行不严等,并提出有针对性的解决方法,完善医院感染的管理体系,严格执行消毒隔离制度,加强医护人员的责任意识,提高医院感染的认知度,加强职业防护,降低职业暴露危险,多措并举,提高医院感染风险管理效能,拟定相应的管理策略,制定整改措施,从而有效降低医院感染发生率,为患者的生命健康提供坚实的保障。
At present,modern medical science is developing rapidly and the level of medical treatment continues to improve,but the problem of hospital infections that follow has become increasingly prominent.Controlling the incidence of hospital infections is an important indicator for measuring the quality of medical services today.The Eye,Ear,Nose and Throat Hospital is a specialized hospital.The wide application of endoscopic techniques and fiberoptic bronchoscopy has increased the difficulty of hospital infection management.How to effectively prevent hospital infections and reduce the incidence is a key part of hospital management.This article aims to evaluate the risk factors of hospital feeling in eye,ear,nose and throat specialist hospitals,such as patient's own factors,invasive examination factors,hospital management factors,and poor implementation of prevention and control systems,etc.,and propose targeted solutions.Improve the nosocomial infection management system,strictly implement the disinfection and isolation system,strengthen the sense of responsibility of medical staff,increase the awareness of hospital infections,strengthen occupational protection,reduce occupational exposure risks,take multiple measures to improve the efficiency of hospital infection risk management,and formulate corresponding measures of management strategy and the development of rectification measures,can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infections and provide a solid guarantee for the lives and health of patients.
