摘要
专业群建设符合高职教育发展、新时代人才培养和学校高质量发展的需要。目前高职院校的专业群建设陷入组群逻辑不清晰、建设内容不到位、管理方式不科学、评价机制不完善的困囿。要保证专业群科学发展,高职院校应坚持产教融合、精准对接,资源共享、协调发展,能力本位、质量为先的专业群建设原则,明确专业群的构建逻辑,确定专业群建设的核心内容,构建科学有效的管理方式,形成动态发展机制。
The construction of specialty groups in Higher Vocational Colleges meets the needs of the development of higher vocational education, the cultivation of talents in the new era and the high-quality development of the school. At present, however, the construction is trapped in the predicament of unclear grouping logic, insufficient content, unscientific management mode and imperfect evaluation mechanism. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should follow the principles of the integration of production and education, resource sharing for coordinated development, the principle of competency-based and quality-first to clarify the construction logic, to identify the core content, to build scientific and effective management and to form the practical path of dynamic development mechanism.
