摘要
胰腺癌是高度恶性的消化系统肿瘤,手术是根治胰腺癌的唯一方法,腹腔镜技术的发展和应用极大改变了胰腺癌的手术治疗现状。在过去20年中,中国腹腔镜胰腺癌根治术经历了从无到有、从简单到复杂的转变,进入了快速发展阶段。腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术、腹腔镜胰体尾切除术等术式已在国内大型胰腺中心常规开展,显示了腹腔镜胰腺癌根治术的较大优势。但国内相关临床研究多为单中心、小样本、回顾性,腹腔镜胰腺癌根治术在手术指征、根治效果、远期预后等方面仍存在争议,亟需开展高质量临床研究,完善临床实践方案,加强多中心合作,进一步提升我国微创胰腺外科的国际影响力。
Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant tumor in digestive system,and surgery is the only way to cure it.The development and application of laparoscopy have changed the situation of surgical treatment for pancreatic cancer.In the past 20 years,China has witnessed the great change of laparoscopic surgery in pancreatic cancer,and entered a stage of rapid development.At present,laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy and distal pancreatectomy have been intensively performed in large pancreas centers in China,showing the advantage of laparoscopic radical surgery for pancreatic cancer.However,most of the domestic researches are retrospective form single center,with a relatively low sample volume.Controversies still exist on the operation indication,radical effects and long-term survival.High-quality clinical researches are in urgent need to improve the clinical practice.The cooperation among multi centers are encouraged to improve our influence internationally.
