摘要
随着我国传统村落保护与发展工作中政府、村民和社会组织间的关系出现结构性的转变,公众参与规划和决策的意识及诉求愈加强烈,社区营造作为一种解决传统村落保护与发展困境的新途径,受到学界的广泛关注。本文首先梳理了国内学者对传统村落保护与发展的研究进展,指出当前保护与发展工作在作用主体及理论方法上存在的成效与不足等问题;通过探讨社区营造与传统村落保护与发展间的关系,论述了基于社区营造的传统村落保护与发展理论的合理性。在此基础上,从社区共同体培育、传统文化传承、在地特质延续、景观环境治理、在地产业营造五方面对现有的基于社区营造的传统村落保护与发展理论体系加以扩展,为当下传统村落的保护与发展提供了一定的经验借鉴。
With the structural transformation of the relationship among the government,villagers and social organizations in the protection and development of traditional villages in China,the public's awareness and appeal of participating in planning and decision-making become stronger.Community empowerment,as a new way to solve the dilemma of the protection and development of traditional villages,has been widely concerned by the researchers.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research progress of domestic scholars on the protection and development of traditional villages,and points out the deficiencies of the current protection and development work in the subject and theoretical methods.By discussing the relationship between community empowerment and the protection and development of traditional villages,the rationality of the community empowerment-based protection and development theory of traditional villages is proved.Furthermore,the existing community empowerment-based protection and development theory system of traditional villages is extended from the perspectives of community cultivation,traditional culture inheritance,local characteristics continuation,landscape environment governance and real estate construction,providing some experience for the current related work.
