摘要
天麻是我国传统名贵中药材,因其广泛的疗效,受到越来越多的关注,天麻相关产业也得到迅猛发展。为改进天麻传统栽培方式,加大种质资源的研究力度及野生资源保护和天麻产业健康可持续的发展,笔者分别从天麻道地产区与主产区、栽培技术、种质资源及品种选育等方面进行阐述,指出天麻传统栽培技术、优质品种选育、菌种培育、天麻生产资源等方面存在的问题,并探讨了生态循环栽培模式的推广、天麻品种选育方法、菌种培育及天麻资源可持续利用的建议,旨在为天麻开发利用及产业健康发展提供参考。
Gastrodia elata BL.is a famous Chinese traditional medicine derived from the dry rhizome of Gastrodia elata.The pharmacological activities of TCMs are correlated to their chemical compositions.As a sedative for treating heart cerebrovascular disease,coronary heart disease,neurasthenic syndrome and epilepsy,the major active components of Gastrodia elata BL.are gastrodin,vanillyl alcohol,p-hydroxybenzylaldehyde,vanillin,and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol.And based on that,Gastrodia elate has been a hot area of research for several years and as the research moves along,it is more and more extensive in the clinical application and the comprehensive capacity of region transportation is enhanced.This study comments on the genuine producing area and main maize area,cultivation technique,germplasm and variety breeding,aims at discussing the problems of traditional cultivation techniques,high-quality frontier breeding,bacterium cultivation and productive resources of Gastrodia elate,making recommendations for the popularization of ecological circulation cultivation mode,method of shortening breeding cycle of varieties,the direction of bacterium cultivation,the sustainable utility of Gastrodia elate resources to provide theoretical basis for improving the traditional cultivation of Gastrodia elate,scaling up research of germplasm resources,strengthening the protective exploitation of wild bio resource and promoting industry growth healthily and sustainably.
