摘要
在汽车研发过程中的工程设计阶段,基于数模可视化系列技术打造整车级DMU,连通造型阶段数据至车身设计、质量管理等领域,创新性地实现整车级的虚拟样车评审。通过批处理整车CATIA数模实现大模型轻量化,利用渲染技术使模型真实化,制作交互动画模拟开闭件状态,设计脚本工具定义并控制手柄,从而实现人与虚拟车辆的体验验证开发和优化。结果证明,该应用能够有效提升工程数据阶段问题发现效率及准确性。
In the engineering design stage of the automotive R&D process,a vehicle-level DMU is created based on the digital-analog visualization series technology,which connects the modeling phase data to the body design,quality management and other fields,and innovatively realizes the vehicle-level virtual prototype review.Through batch processing of the whole vehicle CATIA digital model to realize the lightweight of the large model,the use of rendering technology to make the model real,the production of interactive animation to simulate the state of the opening and closing parts,the design of script tools to define and control the handle,so as to realize the development and verification of the experience of human and virtual vehicles optimization.The results prove that the application can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of problem discovery in the engineering data stage.
