摘要
目的对河池市首例新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)输入病例进行流行病学调查,为COVID-19疫情防控提供参考。方法按照国家卫生健康委印发的《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案(试行)》和《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控方案(试行)》,进行病例诊断和流行病学调查;采集标本进行新型冠状病毒(SARS-COV-2)核酸检测;排查追踪密切接触者,并及时落实相关防控措施。结果该病例于2020年1月13—17日到武汉市某医院进行软件开发和维护工作,1月17日返回杭州,1月19日出现咳嗽、头痛等症状;1月21日胸部CT检查显示两肺胸膜增厚,采集咽拭子和血清标本送河池市疾病预防控制中心检测SARS-COV-2核酸,咽拭子结果为阳性;1月23日经广西疾病预防控制中心复核并确认阳性;共追踪并管理密切接触者23人,所有密切接触者居家隔离观察14 d,观察期间无异常情况;1月24日启动突发公共卫生事件一级响应。结论根据病例的流行病学史、临床表现和实验室检测结果,判定为河池市首例新冠肺炎输入病例;疫情未造成密切接触者和医务人员感染;应按分区分级精准防控的要求,围绕管理传染源、切断传播途径、保护易感人群的基本思路继续实施常态化防控措施。
Objective To conduct an epidemiological investigation on the first reported case of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Hechi city,so as to provide reference for prevention and control of the disease.Methods According to the COVID-19 Diagnosis and Treatment Program(Trial)and the COVID-19 Prevention and Control Program(Trial)issued by National Health Commission of China,to investigate and track close contacts and implement relevant prevention and control measures in a timely manner.Results The case traveled to a hospital in Wuhan on January 13-17,2020 to carry out software development and maintenance work,returned to Hangzhou on January 17,January 19 developed cough,headache and other symptoms;Collecting pharynx swabs and serum samples sent to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Hechi City tested positive for SARS-COV-2 nucleic acid,and the pharynx swab was positive,and on January 23,it was reviewed and confirmed positive by the Guangxi Center for Disease Control and Prevention,and 23 close contacts were tracked and managed,and all close contacts were quarantined for 14 days,There were no anomalies during the observation period.Conclusion According to the epidemiological history,clinical performance and laboratory test results of the case,the first reported case of COVID-19 in Hechi City was determined to be the first reported case of COVID-19 in Hechi City,the outbreak did not cause infection between close contacts and medical personnel,and comprehensive prevention and control measures should be continued to be implemented around the basic idea of managing the source of infection,cutting off the transmission route and protecting the susceptible population according to the requirements of precision prevention and control of the classification of the region.
